We offer a fun fondue experience featuring melted dark chocolate and two portions of fruit (seasonally selected) for dipping.

Share a platter of charcuterie, cheeses, olives, and green grapes.

Château Platters

A selection of cheeses carefully curated by our local cheesemonger (served as a meal or appetizer platter) and assorted charcuterie (dry-cured sausage, terrines, rillettes—subject to availability) will be served to you in the lounge or on the terrace.

Please note: service to be booked the day before.

The Seafood Platter

A seafood platter—typically consisting of 6 oysters, 150g of pink shrimp, 50g of grey shrimp, 200g of whelks, 2 crab claws or half a brown crab, and 4 langoustines, served with mayonnaise, bread, and butter—can be enjoyed at your table in the Salon Bleu between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Also available in a Gourmet version (with double the portions).

The Royal Breakfast

Start your day at Château Le Bas Bleu with a Royal Breakfast, which will delight your taste buds and your eyes, and will offer you a delicious morning pleasure. Served in the elegant setting of the blue lounge or on the terrace when the weather allows so, this brunch-style breakfast is a celebration of flavors.

Royal Breakfast

Our brunch-style breakfast is served both buffet-style and at the table.
Depending on availability, it generally includes a selection of fresh pastries, bread from our baker, *Gâteau Battu* (a must-try local specialty), homemade jams, honey, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs cooked to your liking, and a selection of cheeses, as well as fruit juice and a choice of hot beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Most of our products are organic, and we prioritize local suppliers.
