Nestled on the second floor of Château Le Bas Bleu, under the mysterious roofs, is a unique pocket theater. Welcome to the “Théâtre sous Cape”, an intimate space where art and emotion come to life in an atmosphere that is both secret and warm. The tiny dressing rooms can accommodate up to 6 actors (like sardines), their costumes and props. Inspired by George Sand who had his theater inside his castle in Nohant, Château Le Bas Bleu is very proud to have its own.

Description of the room
The black stage (14 m2), with its dark walls and floor, offers a striking contrast with the red curtains which frame the performances with a timeless theatrical aura. Lit by professional projectors (control console included), this stage becomes the setting for varied performances that delight and inspire. The Théâtre sous Cape can accommodate around thirty spectators, comfortably seated on red velvet chairs, adding to the charm of each evening.
